The Robert Arellano “Dawg” Fest Rally exists for the purpose of expanding educational opportunities available to low- and moderate-income residents in the counties of Titus and surrounding counties, to obtain a criminal justice scholarship in order to become a peace officer and serve and protect our great state. Through related activities, we also seek to donate to other nonprofit organizations for the benefit of children in need throughout Titus and surrounding counties. We also come together to honor our dear friend, Robert Arellano who was an amazing man. The Robert Arellano “Dawg” Fest Rally is a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Texas. Together with support from sponsors, vendors, volunteers, surrounding communities, and so many participants we can make this annual event a memorable and successful one that will bring the communities together as well as raise funds for this important organization every year.
